About Jason

I've spent the last five years building delivery organizations from the ground up. At Data Clymer, I grew a team from 15 to 30 engineers and built the playbook that drove the company's acquisition. After the acquisition by Spalding Ridge, I led the integration of a combined 60-person team across multiple locations, rebuilding trust and establishing a unified delivery framework from scratch.

Along the way, I maintained over 90% employee retention, generated more than $3M annually in new business, and built client relationships that drove repeat business rates above 85%. I've seen what works and what breaks when organizations try to scale, and I bring that perspective to every engagement.

I also mentor the next generation of data and technology leaders. Several of my mentees have gone on to lead engineering teams at major corporations, and that work is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do.
